Character poem : You are on a train, you have a long journey ahead of you and you are delighted because you have managed to find a double seat. However somebody comes and takes your spare seat. At first, you are annoyed. Then you notice that this person looks upset. Who is she/he ? Why is he/she upset ? Describe her/him.
